One inbox for all your sites
Run several websites from one account. Each project has its own widget, settings and team, and operators only see what they’re assigned to.
Hokkot puts a chat on your website and pulls in messages from Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and other messengers. Your team answers everything from one window, and nobody has to keep twelve tabs open.
Installs with one line of code or a Google Tag Manager tag.
Most teams get their first chat on the same day they sign up.
Paste one script tag before the closing body tag, or add it as a Custom HTML tag in Google Tag Manager. It loads asynchronously, so your pages don’t get slower.
Choose the colours, the greeting, working hours and what visitors see when everyone has gone home. Changes go live without touching the site again.
Website chats and messenger conversations land in the same inbox. Assign, tag, leave a note, close — the customer just sees a normal conversation.
We built Hokkot around how a support desk actually works, not around a comparison table.
Run several websites from one account. Each project has its own widget, settings and team, and operators only see what they’re assigned to.
Type a slash and pick a saved answer. Delivery times, refund rules, the same five questions you get every day — two keystrokes each.
A new chat goes to the operator who is online and has the fewest open conversations. Nobody has to fight over a shared queue.
Leave a note inside a conversation for your colleagues. The customer never sees it, and the next shift knows what was already promised.
While a chat waits in the queue, the bot answers from your knowledge base. If it isn’t sure, or the customer asks for a person, it hands over.
When a chat is closed, the customer gives it a thumbs up or down and can add a comment. You see how each operator is doing and catch problems before they become reviews.
If someone has been waiting too long, their chat is highlighted. Waiting time is shown in plain minutes, hours or days.
Block a visitor or an IP address in one click. Rate limits stop bots from flooding your inbox with junk.
Your customers write wherever it suits them. Connect their favourite messengers, reply from Hokkot, and the answer arrives back in the same app they wrote from.
How channels workIf the visitor is signed in on your site, Hokkot picks up their account ID automatically — straight from the page or from the Google Tag Manager dataLayer. The operator sees who it is and can open their profile in your CRM in one click.
A chat sees customers’ names, orders and sometimes payment questions. We treat that accordingly.
Every action by operators and admins is recorded: who signed in, who changed settings, who blocked whom.
Repeated failed logins lock the address for a while, and the widget has its own rate limits.
The widget, the back office and the API work only over HTTPS with modern TLS settings.
Every webhook carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature, so your server can check that it really came from us.
No need to change your stack. Hokkot connects to the tools you have through standard, well-documented ways.
Add the widget as a tag and pass the user ID from the dataLayer — no code changes on the site.
Get an HTTP request when a chat starts, a message arrives, a chat is assigned, closed or rated.
A link to the customer card and live fields from your CRM, shown to the operator inside the chat.
Open the chat from any button on your site or pass the user’s name and email from your own code.
No. If you can edit your site’s template or have access to Google Tag Manager, you can do it yourself. It’s a single script tag, and we’ll help in the chat if something doesn’t work.
The script loads asynchronously, after the main content of the page. Its styles are isolated, so it won’t clash with your design and your CSS won’t break it.
Yes. Each website is a separate project with its own widget, appearance, working hours and operators — all managed from one back office.
The widget shows your offline message and working hours, and the visitor can still leave a message. If the AI bot is turned on, it tries to answer from your knowledge base first.
Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Viber and X. Conversations from all of them end up in the same inbox as the website chat.
It depends on how many operators and projects you need. Write to us in the chat on this page, tell us a bit about your team, and we’ll send you an offer.
Write to us right here — the chat button is in the corner. We’ll answer your questions and help you get set up.
