What Hokkot can do
A tour of the features, grouped the way a support team uses them: talking to customers, saving time on routine, keeping an eye on quality and keeping the account under control.
Conversations
Every conversation — from the website or a messenger — lives in one shared inbox. Operators see who is waiting, who is already being helped, and which chats are theirs.
- Shared inbox. Filter conversations by project, status and tag; open chats stay at the top.
- Quick replies. Type “/” in the message field and choose a saved answer. Replies can belong to one project or be shared across all of them.
- Private notes. Comments inside a conversation that only your team can see.
- Tags. Mark conversations as “refund”, “bug” or anything you like, and use tags in reports.
- Files. Customers and operators can send screenshots and documents right in the chat.
Automation
Routine work should not need a person. Hokkot handles the predictable parts, and the team handles the rest.
- Automatic assignment. New chats go to an operator who is online and least busy.
- AI bot. Answers from your knowledge base while the chat waits in the queue, and hands over to a person when it doesn’t know the answer, when the customer asks for one, or after a set number of replies. Works with the Anthropic API or any OpenAI-compatible API.
- Knowledge base in the widget. Visitors can browse your help articles without leaving the page — many find the answer before they ever write.
- Working hours. Outside them the widget shows your offline message, and messages wait in the inbox.
Quality and reports
You can’t improve what you don’t see. Hokkot shows how fast the team answers and how customers feel about it.
- Chat ratings. After a chat is closed, the customer gives it a thumbs up or down and can leave a comment.
- Long-wait alerts. Chats that have been waiting too long are highlighted, with the waiting time shown in minutes, hours or days.
- Statistics. Conversations by day, load by hour, channels, tags, operators and projects for any period.
Control and security
As the team grows, it matters who can see and change what.
- Projects and roles. Operators only see the projects they are assigned to; administrators manage settings.
- Audit log. A record of logins, settings changes, blocks and other actions, with search.
- Blocking. Block a visitor or an IP address; messages from them stop reaching the inbox.
- Protection. Rate limits on the widget, protection against password guessing, HTTPS everywhere.
